CIRB is a professional training program for Banking Aspirants to leverage their banking domain knowledge and skills, equipping them with the necessary inputs to make way through the bank interviews to get that coveted banking job. We strive to make our students 100% job ready and provide the banking industry with quality manpower ready to join the banks immediately.
The duration of the program is 11 months specifically designed to suit 12th Pass outs and under graduates aspiring for a career in banking. All students who have successfully completed their 12th with a minimum of 50% score are eligible for this program. Students from all streams are welcome to join this program subject to passing the BANKERAs aptitude test followed personal interview.
